FAQ/ Policy

Shipping:

We offer both express and standard shipping for Australia wide purchases.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping. However, we may not be able to ship to every single country. If this is the case, we will notify you and provide you with a full refund. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

Serafina & Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order(s).

Customers will have to bear the additional fees associated with purchasing the order such as tariffs and taxes. 

 

Returns/Refunds:

We do not accept returns for change of mind. An item can only be returned if there is a defect present. You can select between a refund, store credit or exchange of item. 


Exchanges:

All sales are final. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged unless the product is defective.
